Availability

All tours listed on our website, including but not limited to Island Peak Climbing, Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, Langtang Valley Trekking, and Short Trek around Pokhara, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour at our discretion without prior notice.

Booking Process

• Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or through authorized agents.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking.
• Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Discounts, such as those for tours like Kiwiana Panorama, are valid only during the promotional period.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations by You: Cancellations must be made in writing to bookings@texturedestinations.com. Refund eligibility depends on the tour’s cancellation policy, which will be provided at booking. Some tours may be non-refundable.
• Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative tour option.
• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in the specific tour’s terms.

4. Payments

• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless a deposit option is offered.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified on our website.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other risks.
